The stay here was real good for a business trip. the location in a very relaxing area was unbeatable. There were a shopping centre and a market nearby. Popped into Salt Bar & Restaurant for shots before sleep; it was within walking distance of the venue.

Excellent location within a 15-minute walk from the city center.

The rooms here are functional and large with modern bathroom. The breakfast is enjoyable served with orange juice, good options, bacon.

The hotel was beautifully designed, and we had a really good stay. Loved the mini fridge bar, air conditioning, and individual safe in the room. - the location was lovely, just a 5-minute walk from Nyhavn Canal. - Excellent services were available.

The service was excellent, the food was good.

I liked the hotel very much, everything is at the highest level, design, comfort, cleanliness, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Very sympathetic guys at reception.

Excellent breakfast offerings, very good evening buffet. Quiet location - a bit off the beaten path but with good access to public transit and close to canals and walking streets. Satisfied need for a good base from which to explore the city and environs.

My fiirst impression was pre arrival when I called with some requests, the staff were friendly and helpful, and when we arrived the requests had all been met! We had a quiet room which is necessary as I am a light sleeper. The beds were comfortable and the pillows soft, just right! You often get cheap hard pillows! The bonus was that afternoon tea or coffee with cake were free, and there was an evening buffet, which was adequate also free - if you do no want to eat out every night (eating out in Copenhagen is expensive) then a perfect alternative especially on a rainy night as it was one night of our stay! The location was superb! Right by the Nyhaven canalside, so all the buzz of the city was at hand, with restaurants and bars, music all by the water a two minute stroll away, and the tourist bus and canal rides too, Magasin du Nord the main department store also was just a few minutes walk away. We walked all the way along the harbour to the Little Mermaid, and back taking in lots of the main tourist sights en route. We got a good rate with Booked.net, in comparison to the rack rate. Would definitely stay there again.

Lack of normal heating. It's cold in the rooms.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Skt. Annae for my business trip. The employees were very helpful and attentive, ensuring everything was kept clean. The hotel has an excellent and incredible location near the city center and close to the Royal Danish Playhouse.

Location was perfect. Breakfast was very good and the inclusive evening buffet fine. Recent flooding so hotel not running as smoothly as maybe it would have been.

The bedroom was very small and the bathroom very basic with a loo heavily stained with limescale.. Absolutely awful to look at even if the loo itself was clean. Air conditioning unit dripped water onto bed if left on for too long. As mentioned above, recent severe flooding at the hotel so when we arrived we were informed that the hot water was sporadic with low pressure and the main reception rooms not open. This had happened at w/e and now Wednesday. We should have been emailed to inform us, not told at reception on arrival that 'you can always go to another hotel if there is a problem'.

The hotel location is ideal for a city break, we walked to the usual sightseeing places and didn't need public transport. The area where the hotel is was quiet and safe.

The breakfast and dinner at the hotel were disappointing. i expected better quality food from a four star hotel. Breakfast was a bit better than dinner.Our friend found a dirty sock under her bed and the mattress was stained and the pillow "under the pillowcase" was soiled with blood stains ! the receptionist was apologitic and changed the room straightaway
